This man insisted on having his picture taken...
after he was the recipient of a warm scarf that replaced the plastic bag that he had wrapped around his neck for warmth! He bowed and said "thank you" countless times, as he couldn't believe that this scarf was a gift to him when he walked down the street on an unusually cold January day in Dallas.
