Scarf Making
We collect handmade scarves every Knit Night to spread warmth to our community. We always have donated yarn that you can use to make these scarves.

Where Can You Donate Yarn? HERE!
We are able to donate so many scarves to individuals and social service agencies in our communities because of the yarn you donated to us. Give yarn to our organization knowing that it will be put into the hands of people who will find purpose through their creative work. If you have a “stash” of yarn you would like to donate, or if a loved one has passed a stash on to you that needs a good home, look no further! Your loved one can live on in one of the best possible ways—through helping others! Please contact Karen at 214-675-1200 to arrange for the delivery.

Support Spreading the Warmth with a monetary gift
Any amount that you give helps us to fulfill our mission to keep spreading warmth and kindness to others. The money you donate is primarily used to pay for yarn—usually we don’t have donations of neutral colored yarn, chunky yarn that many of our seniors need, or many skeins that match each other. We also pay monthly fees to maintain our website and Constant Contact monthly newsletter and to cover a few additional administrative expenses throughout the year.
